Examples include persistent malaise and extreme exhaustion, anaphylactic reactions, multisystem inflammatory syndrome, chronic seizures and convulsions, paralysis and sudden death within hours or days<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span id=\"m_6018420321050154876yiv8593462662bcr_rptStory_cslStory_1\">By December 18, 2020, 112,807 Americans had received their first dose of COVID-19 vaccine.
